💬 Chat History in Samey AI

The Chat History section in Samey AI allows you to review past AI interactions, making it easy to retrieve important information and track previous queries.

🔹 Accessing Chat History

To view your past interactions:
1. Open the Samey AI Desktop App.
2. Click on Chat History in the left sidebar.
3. Your past queries will be displayed, ordered by time and date.

🔹 Features of Chat History

1️⃣ Search for Previous Conversations

At the top of the Chat History page, there is a Search Bar where you can:
✅ Type a keyword or phrase to find specific interactions.
✅ Retrieve AI-generated responses from previous chats.

2️⃣ View and Manage Chat Entries

Each conversation in the history displays:
- The question or command you entered.
- The timestamp of when it was asked.
- An options menu (three dots ⋮) to manage chat entries.

Clicking on a conversation allows you to reopen the chat and continue from where you left off.

3️⃣ Deleting Chat History

If you need to remove a chat entry:
1. Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the conversation.
2. Select Delete to remove the entry permanently.

⚠️ Note: Deleted conversations cannot be restored.

The Chat History feature is useful for:
✅ Tracking previous AI queries – Quickly find past responses.
✅ Retrieving important details – Avoid retyping the same queries.
✅ Continuing an interrupted task – Resume a previous AI conversation.
