🔑 Logging into Samey AI

Once you’ve installed Samey AI, follow this guide to sign in and start using the platform.

1️⃣ Opening the Application

  • Windows: Click Start > Search for Samey AI > Open the app.
  • macOS: Open Launchpad > Click Samey AI.

You will see the Samey AI Login Screen as shown below:

2️⃣ Logging In

Using Email & Password

  1. Enter your registered email address (e.g., yourname@example.com).
  2. Type your password securely.
  3. Click Sign In to access your account.

Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation uses Google, Microsoft SSO provider:
1. Click Sign in with [SSO Provider].
2. Choose your organisation account.
3. Follow the authentication steps.

✅ Once signed in, you will be redirected to the Samey AI Dashboard.

3️⃣ Troubleshooting Login Issues

❌ Forgot Password?

  • Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.
  • Enter your email and follow the password reset instructions.

❌ Login Not Working?

  • Ensure you have the latest version of Samey AI installed.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Verify you’re using the correct email and password.
  • Contact Samey AI Support if you still can’t log in.

❌ Access Denied?

  • If using SSO, confirm that your organisation has enabled access.
  • Contact Samey AI Support if you still can’t log in.
